Refund policy

Changed your mind? You have 30 days from delivery to send masks back for a refund.

Masks must be unworn, unwashed and in their original bag. Write to us with your order number and we send the return address. Once the return arrives we refund the original payment within 5 business days. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item arrived damaged or wrong.

Damaged or wrong item? Send a photo within 14 days of delivery and we replace it or refund it, no return needed.

Gift boxes and orders with a gift message can be returned too; the gift box fee is not refunded.
