Shipping

Orders ship in 1-2 business days and reach the US in 7 to 12 business days from the day you order. Every parcel is tracked. Shipping is free on US orders over $30.

The shipping email has your tracking link. Lost it? Write to hello@maskzoo.com with your order number.

Returns

You have 30 days from delivery to send it back. Write to hello@maskzoo.com with your order number and we’ll tell you where to send it and sort out the refund.

Send us a photo or your order number and we’ll make it right.
